Several types of charts and reports are provided in the table below.   In addition to Extended Family Tree and Hourglass charts the table includes both Ancestor and Descendant reports in outline form.  Additional customized charts, public or private, can be added by request.

• Ancestor reports.  Prior generations of an individual.
• Descendant reports.  Direct descendants of an individual.
• Hourglass charts.  A look backward and forward in generations from an individual.
• Extended family tree charts.  Contains all ancestors, descendants and collaterals of an individual.  Other chart types omit most collateral relationships. 

Note that due to graphing limitations extended family trees are not pure or uniquely connected graph structures where every node appears exactly once; the organization is that of a series of subtrees on the same page such that some individuals may appear on multiple subtrees. EFT charts can run to many pages, some exceeding FTM's 200 inch width limit.  We wish Family Tree Maker gave us better options for presenting the entire tree, but alas, it does not.
